Refund & Returns Policy

Returns We want you to love your Conforto Living furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange collection at a time convenient for you.

Made-to-Order Products Made-to-order and bespoke items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as these are produced specifically to your specification.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order items already in production.
