1. General By placing an order with Conforto Living ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen settings.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

7. Made-to-Order Items Made-to-order and bespoke products are produced specifically to your specification and may not be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, except in the case of a fault or defect.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conforto Living shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
